Received Faculty Travel Grant to attend IAFIE-2022 conference in Italy, June 2022. Unfortunately a medical condition prevented my attendance, and I returned the grant funding. Fortunately, I was able to submit a video presentation with my co-presenter, Dr Nicole Drumhiller.

Together with my co-researchers Drs Michelle Watts and Kristin Drexler, we will research the impact of COVID-19 on indigenous peoples in New Mexico, Alaska, and Belize. My focus will be access to civil and criminal justice, and public health. Working closely with student research assistants to provide opportunities for substantive participation with faculty research.
