The purpose of the Model UN Club is to allow the members opportunities to learn about the bodies, functions, and methods of the United Nations through first-hand experiences. We strive to teach members the means and methods of public speaking, group negotiation, and research, and to allow them to practice these skills in a competitive forum.

The Model UN Club achieved PLATINUM standing, per the university's Chapter Standards Program. Platinum standing demonstrates the highest level of chapter involvement and denotes excellence in chapter leadership and member engagement.
